We are based in Staffordshire and can travel to locations throughout Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire, Shropshire, Warwickshire, and Gloucestershire.
There is a small travel fee for locations outside a 15 mile radius of Rugeley. -
You can enquire with us here.
We will check our diary and if we are free, we will take some details from you about your wedding day and your vision (whether that’s over the phone or email – whichever you prefer!).
Once we have everything we need from you, we will create a bespoke proposal for your day.
If you are ready to book, we will send you our deposit details to secure your date!
-
We will keep in touch throughout the process, checking in to go over key details which can be anything from flowers to stationery (no two weddings are the same!). We will also schedule a call with you close to your wedding day to run through your plans ahead of the big day.
We create a bespoke profile for every wedding which we will use for reference throughout. This will contain beautiful visuals to reflect your style and every detail from your ceremony time through to the style of candlesticks we plan to use!
If you have any questions throughout, please reach out to us. We are here to help you and take away any stresses you may have!
-
At the time of booking, there may be some details that you aren’t entirely sure on. You may be torn on a type of flower installation or you may even change your table styles from round to trestles at a later date!
If that’s the case, we will finalise your plans at least 3 months before your date to give us enough time to amend your proposal and most importantly… prepare for your special day.
If you have any changes throughout your planning or anything you would like us to add to your plans, please pop an email over to us as soon as possible.
-
We require a £250 cautionary deposit to secure your booking. This amount acts as a damage deposit too and will be refunded straight after your wedding day. The value of any damages or losses will be deducted from your cautionary deposit.
-
Yes our minimum spend is £800 + your cautionary refundable deposit (£250) and a travel fee if your venue falls outside our 15 mile radius.
-
The cost of our services vary from wedding to wedding. For example, if you are having a church wedding, you may only require wedding breakfast styling. You may have an intimate wedding with a small guest number which reduces the number of tables required for styling. You may wish for us to style everything from your aisle through to your wedding breakfast space with no details missed in between.
No two weddings are the same and the more detail involved, the more your wedding will cost.
Generally, our weddings cost between £1,300 to £1,800.
-
We don’t have a catalogue or any plans to release one. The main reason for this is that we create bespoke proposals and mood boards for each of our couples which we feel is a really important part of the planning process.
We are always finding new products and accessories to add to our beautiful collection and it simply wouldn’t be sustainable to update a catalogue so often.
We will select the most fitting pieces for your styling - we promise that you are in safe, capable and creative hands!
-
The magic happens at your venue. We prepare your flowers and pack up for your day within our work shop but it is not a showroom and does not reflect how your day will look.
If you wish to see our styling in person, please get in touch and we can let you know if we have any upcoming venue open days!
-
Absolutely! Whether you have no idea where to start or you have a camera roll bursting with inspirational screenshots, we will help bring your vision to life – it’s what we love doing and it’s what we are here for!
-
Yes! We absolutely love this part of styling. We have a beautiful collection of timeless life-like flower varieties.
Once we have established your theme and style direction, we will start planning which flower varieties to use throughout your wedding.
Our creations are not limited to wedding breakfast table top florals, we can create larger installations around your venue such as aisle meadows and plinth displays. -
We will arrive bright and early to set up for your day. Each venue is different but we will be on sight and ready for action to access the venue from the moment they are open to suppliers.
If we have larger installations, we will liaise with your venue to see if we can arrive a little earlier, which is often the case if there hasn’t been a wedding the day before.
Rest assured we are experts at time management and will have everything set up beautifully well ahead of your ceremony or welcome drinks! -
We absolutely love styling new venues and seeing new places. We will always do our research beforehand which includes speaking to the venue and arranging a site visit. A site visit helps to familiarise ourselves with the setting, gives us the chance to meet coordinators and ask any important questions.

Your final invoice and payment is due 6 weeks before your wedding day.
